Any value a pass may have on a secondary market is speculative and driven by demand alone.
Perks such as early access are described in good faith but are not guaranteed and may change or become unavailable. Any purchase, holding, or resale of an NFT is made entirely at your own risk and is subject to the terms of the marketplace and networks on which it exists. Digital assets can lose all of their value.
Each project referred to on this site is an independent third party. Each project is solely responsible for the legality, compliance, accuracy, and conduct of its own offering, including any securities, financial-promotion, consumer-protection, and crypto-asset regulation that applies to it (including, where relevant, the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation, “MiCA”).
