How I get paid, in plain terms. There is no upfront cost to be incubated. I earn alongside you, only when your token trades, and you always keep the majority.
Every project I incubate launches through SparkStarter, my incubation platform built on Doppler. When your token goes live, its liquidity pool earns a fee on every trade, and most of that fee is yours:
You keep 60% of all trading fees your token generates; I keep 40%. There is no upfront fee, no retainer, and no invoice. I only earn when your token generates real trading activity, which means my incentive is the same as yours: building something people actually want to trade, and keeping it alive after launch.
Some incubations also include a token allocation or other commercial terms, agreed with each team on a case-by-case basis. This is optional and negotiated per deal. It is never a standard or required part of working together, and where it applies it is set out directly with the team, not here.
Separately from incubation, the Elysium and SparkStarter premium passes are a paid community product. A pass gives you early access to the projects I incubate and the communities around them. Passes are sold as NFTs, on third-party marketplaces with their own pricing and fees. What a pass is, and is not, is set out in the Terms of Use.
Blockchain networks charge their own fees, such as gas to deploy or trade a token. Marketplaces, wallets, and other third parties you use may charge their own fees as well. These are outside my control, are separate from anything described here, and are your responsibility.
I may adjust how new incubations are structured from time to time. Any change is reflected on this page and applies to engagements entered into after it. Terms already agreed with a team continue to apply to that engagement as agreed.
